The Invited Speakers Program is returning for WordCamp Asia 2027, and we’d love your input.
Who would you like to hear from? Whose work has moved an industry forward? What topic would help our community explore new possibilities? Whose experience could bring a fresh perspective to our community?
Our theme, “Where The Open Web Comes Together,” celebrates the people who build, grow, connect, and contribute. Through the Invited Speakers Program, we want your help bringing valuable ideas and experiences to the stage, including perspectives from beyond the WordPress community.
What is the Invited Speakers Program?
The program helps us identify and invite people who have challenged established thinking, created new opportunities, or enabled lasting, sustainable growth.
It complements our regular Call for Speakers, adding perspectives and topics to the program. Sessions will focus on practical learning, community value, and sharing knowledge rather than promoting products or services.
Suggest a speaker or topic
You can recommend a person, suggest a topic, or share both.
Tell us what you would like to learn and why the speaker or topic would be valuable to our community. Ideas could explore building for the open web, growing a business or career, connecting communities, or contributing to open source.

The Program Team will review recommendations and contact potential speakers. A recommendation does not guarantee an invitation or a place in the program.
