If you’ve purchased a ticket for WordCamp Asia 2027 but can no longer attend, we kindly ask you to consider canceling your ticket or requesting a refund. The procedure is described below.
Refunds are available until 28th February 2027. Once that deadline passes, no refunds can be issued, with no exceptions.
How to Refund Your Ticket
To refund your ticket, please follow these four steps:
- Check your inbox
- Click the link in the email
- Request a refund
- Confirm and complete
Step 1: Check your inbox
Check your email inbox for the subject line ‘Your Ticket to WordCamp Asia 2027 | Malaysia’to find your ticket confirmation email.
If you can’t find it, please contact us, and we’ll resend it to you.
Step 2: Click the link in the email
To request a refund for your ticket, please use the ticket edit access link provided in your WordCamp Asia 2027 confirmation email.
Step 3: Request a Refund
Please click the “Request a refund” link on your ticket page.
Step 4: Confirm and Complete
After clicking the request refund link, you’ll be directed to the refund request form. Including a reason for the refund is optional, but you must check the “I agree to the above terms” box and click the “Send Request” button to complete the process.
If you’re unable to request a refund, please contact us, and we will handle it for you.
Important Notice
If you want to proceed with a refund, it is essential to be aware of the following:
- It may take a few days for your refund to be processed.
- When requesting a refund, all tickets purchased together will be cancelled. We cannot provide partial refunds or transfer refunds to a different account.
- Once cancelled, a ticket will be non-transferable and non-redemable.
Tickets issued to speakers, volunteers, sponsors, and crew are not refundable. If you have been selected but cannot attend WordCamp Asia 2027, please contact us to proceed with a cancellation.
