Find Your Make Team

Before You Choose a Make WordPress Team

WordPress contributions can look very different depending on the team.

Some teams are easy to start contributing to on the day. Others work best if you already know WordPress well or have experience in a specialist area. A few are better suited to experienced contributors.

It also helps to think about how you like to work, not only what you do professionally. A developer may want to translate or help people. A writer may enjoy testing. Someone who works in design may prefer structured, independent tasks.

The earlier you explore your options, the easier it will be to prepare and make the most of Contributor Day.

As Table Leads are confirmed for WordCamp Asia 2027, we will also show which teams will have an onsite table, remote support, or another way to participate.

Notes:

The Call for Table Leads will be open from 17 November to 22 December 2026. We plan to have the table participation information confirmed before Contributor Day registration opens on 27 January 2027.
