Reserved Tickets Open for Redemption

The WordCamp Asia 2023 tickets are now open for redemption. If you purchased a WordCamp Asia 2020 ticket, you have one week to claim your reserved ticket for free.

When we made the cancellation announcement of the 2020 event, we knew that decision was going to cause attendees a great amount of burden, such as flight/hotel cancellation costs, and affect to their schedule. That’s why we made this promise at the time:

(W)e will provide a free ticket for the future WordCamp Asia event to anyone who registered for this event (even if you request a refund).

We are excited to finally release the free tickets, after over two years of waiting!

We will start sending emails to the address of the ticket holder at the time of the cancellation (12 February 2020). Please read the instructions there to claim your ticket.

  • Please claim the ticket if you are planning to attend the event yourself. We ask that you do not transfer this free ticket to anyone else.
  • If you’d like to support WordCamp Asia further, you have an option to pay for your ticket without using the provided coupon code.
  • Last day to redeem your free ticket is on Monday, 31 July 2022 @ 23:59 Bangkok time (UTC+7). No redemption requests will be honored thereafter.
  • We will be releasing all unclaimed reserved tickets to the public release.

On Monday, 8 August @ 10:00 am Bangkok time, we will be releasing a batch of tickets to everyone.
