The WordCamp Asia 2023 Organizing Team is pleased to announce the eighth round of speakers who will be joining us in February 2023.

  • Allie Nimmons

Allie is a 30-year-old, Austin-based, self-taught WordPress evangelist. In 2014, after dropping out of theater school, she started learning to code. She got her first internship in 2015, where she was introduced to WordPress. From 2016 to 2019, she built websites and provided WordPress support independently as Pixel Glow Web Design. She has spent time working at GiveWP, being a speaker ambassador for GoDaddy Pro, and leading the Community team at WP Buffs.

She currently owns Beedia Productions LLC where she provides editing, voice-over, and production services to companies like Kinsta, WP 101, and LinkedIn Learning. Through Beedia, Allie uses her knowledge of WordPress to teach others how to use it.
