We want to ensure your experience finding the venue and registration is as smooth and stress-free as possible. This guide will outline the venue entrance and registration process to help you prepare for the event day.
To ICONSIAM
Our venue, TRUE ICON HALL, is located on the 7th floor of ICONSIAM. For information about getting to ICONSIAM, please refer to the transportation section of our accessibility page.
To TRUE ICON HALL
Before 10 am: Use Lobby A Lift
To access the venue before 10:00 am, use Lobby A Lift (elevator).
Arriving via a Public Transportation
Use Gate 6 on the Ground Floor, and take the Lobby A Lift on the side of Charoen Nakhon Road. The security guard will ask for your ticket email or event badge.

Arriving at the Parking Lot
Go to Pillar No. U4 and take the Lobby A Lift. The security guard will ask for your ticket email or event badge.
After 10 am: Access inside ICONSIAM
If you arrive after 10:00 am, you can also use the lift or escalator inside ICONSIAM to reach TRUE ICON HALL on the 7th floor.
The 7 Mezzanine Floor and 8th Floor can be accessed with escalators. Those who need access with a wheelchair can inform the registration staff to take them to this floor.
Registration Process
We will send the ticket QR code via email on 14 and 16 February (Bangkok time).
This email (title starting with “Check-in QR Code
“) is necessary for getting into the building before 10:00 am from the ground or B1 floor of ICONSIAM.
The ticket QR code is used to receive your physical badge at the registration desk after entering the TRUE ICON HALL on the 7th floor of ICONSIAM.
