Led by our experienced Yoga Instructor Chayapat Phakdee and accompanied by musician Patsakorn Aunsangchan, these sessions will be held in Room MR 13.

With a capacity of 30 people per session, it’s a great opportunity to unwind and recharge. For more information on the yoga style and how to sign up, check out the Wellness Session page!

Accommodation

Bangkok is a great destination for travellers of all budgets, with a wide variety of accommodation options available. From budget hostels to luxury hotels, you’ll be able to find a place to stay that suits your needs.

To ensure you have a place to stay, it’s best to book in advance. If you’re looking for more official options, be sure to check out our Officials Hotels page, where you can book your stay.

Transportation

Getting to ICONSIAM, located at 299 Charoen Nakhon Soi 5, Charoen Nakhon Road, Khlong Ton Sai Sub District, Khlong San District, Bangkok 10600, is easy and convenient with a variety of transportation options available.

BTS

The most recommended way to reach the venue is by using the BTS SkyTrain, with the nearest station being Charoennakorn Station (Sky Train Gold Line). The best part is that ICONSIAM is located right in front of the station. This is an excellent option as it is fast, convenient and avoids traffic congestion (BTS access video).

BOAT

Another option is to take a boat and get off at Sathorn Pier, and then walk to the venue. This is a great option for those who want to enjoy the scenic views of the city while travelling. To reach Sathorn pier, you can take the BTS Saphan Taksin Exit 2.

The frequency of the boats is usually every 15 – 30 minutes. However, please be mindful that the boat might arrive later than scheduled (boat access video).

BUS

For those who prefer to take the bus, there are several bus routes that stop near ICONSIAM including No. 3, 6, 84, 88, 89, 111, 149, 167, and 177 (bus access video).

ACCESSIBILITY

It’s worth noting that the accessibility of public transportation in Bangkok is limited, so for those with mobility issues, we recommend using a taxi for convenience. Taxis can be hailed on the street or you can use a mobile application such as GrabTaxi.

For more detailed information on getting to the venue, please refer to the official website of ICONSIAM.

Internet

Bangkok has a good internet infrastructure and connectivity is generally reliable. Wi-Fi is widely available in most hotels, cafes, and other public places. Internet speeds in Bangkok are generally fast, with an average broadband download speed of around 15Mbps.

Many cafes and restaurants offer free Wi-Fi, and it is also common to find free Wi-Fi in shopping centers and other public places. Prepaid SIM cards can be purchased at any mobile phone shop and can be used in unlocked phones, which can provide a convenient and cheap way to stay connected while on the go.

Mobile internet is also widely available and is reliable in most areas, with 3G and 4G networks from major providers such as AIS, DTAC, and TrueMove. Many mobile service providers offer a variety of data packages to suit different needs and budgets.

For more information about SIM card options, please visit SIM and Internet in Thailand page.

Weather

Bangkok’s weather in February is typically hot and humid with temperatures averaging around 28-30°C (82-86°F) during the day and around 22-24°C (72-75°F) at night.

February is still considered the cool season in Bangkok, but it is still hot compared to other places. It’s common to experience occasional thunderstorms and heavy rainfall in the afternoons.

It is recommended to bring light clothing, as well as an umbrella or rain jacket. It’s also a good idea to carry sunscreen, as the sun can be quite strong.

As this is our very first flagship event, we are eager to learn and improve for future endeavors. If you have any suggestions for information that should be added to this page, or if you have any questions or feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
