She is a dedicated social entrepreneur, with a background of guiding companies and their entrepreneurs to the next level. It’s her passion to optimize business processes and reduce “waste”. She loves to engage people and drive them to the best performance within their capacities.
Chaya is also a passionate advocate for authenticity and equality. Her mission is to empower individuals to embrace their true selves and create a world where everyone has equal opportunities. Chaya believes that true progress can only be achieved by embracing diversity and fostering an inclusive society.
Not only does she celebrate Pride within the Yoast community, but she also extends her support outside of it. Things she has done include adjusting Yoasts’ HR guidelines so they are more inclusive, hosting Pride parties and sponsoring Pride interest groups.
