The three-day event will be packed full of workshops, talks and networking events – an opportunity to connect with like-minded enthusiasts amongst Taipei’s rich cultural and culinary backdrop.

Tickets include entry to the conference days (March 8 – 9), including lunch, snacks and coffee, as well as an invite to the official WordCamp Asia After Party. As a ticket holder, you’ll also get the opportunity to register for the Contributor Day (March 7 – Registration Closed).

Ticket Types

There are two types of tickets available.

Regular

We’re dedicated to keeping WordCamp Asia affordable for everyone. We do this through the support of our sponsors, who help us offer heavily-discounted General Tickets to folks who might not otherwise be able to attend.

WordCamp Asia is a community-organized event, run by hundreds of organizers and volunteers who give up their time to support it. If you want to support the event, please consider buying the ticket at it’s actual cost

Your contribution ensures an extra special experience for you and all other attendees.

The submission for the special MOFA’s eVisa through WordCamp Asia is closed as of 2024/2/14.

Important Notes:

  1. Each ticket is valid for ONE admission only. If you are bringing a guest, they’ll need their own ticket.
  2. Tickets are refundable before 6 February 2024. Please see Information(Refund/Transfer)
  3. For attendees who would need a eVisa applied with WordCamp Asia, please provide your “First Name (include your middle name)” & “Last Name” the same as it appears on your passport.
  4. Purchases are processed through Stripe and will appear on your credit card statement from WordCamp Central. You’ll also receive an email post-purchase from both WordCamp and Stripe. For all issues related to your ticket purchase, please contact the organizers directly – replying to the receipt email may not make it back to us in a timely manner.
  5. If you have opted-in to be listed on the Attendees page, the following information will be included on the page. “Name on the event badge, Company Name, X [Twitter] Handle, Website & profile picture from Gravatar.com” whichever data is available.
  6. Tickets for children under 12 are free. Please contact the organizers to request children’s tickets.
