Here’s a guide to what’s included in the ticket price.
Standard Tickets
Your ticket includes access to all talks and presentations by various WordPress users, developers, and designers from all over the world. Since WordPress is open-source and freely available to everyone, in the same spirit, WordCamp tickets are always priced way below the usual price for tech conferences (which usually cost at least USD100+).
Thanks to our sponsors and their generous contribution, the standard ticket price for WordCamp Asia 2023 is only THB 800 (approx. USD 22) for 2 days of Conference and 1 day of Contributor Day.
Student Discount
WordCamp Asia is offering a limited number of discount coupons for students! Students will enjoy a 50% reduced ticket price at 400 THB (approx. USD 11) from the usual price of 800 THB (approx. USD 22).

Micro Sponsor Tickets
Micro sponsorship allows small businesses, freelancers, or WordPress users to join in the success of WordCamp Asia! The price of this ticket is set close to the actual cost per person. You will be recognized by the organizing team as an exemplary Open Source Citizen! For those who have gained much from WordPress, this is a great way to give back.
A Micro sponsor ticket entitles you to an exclusive WordCamp Asia t-shirt and everything else included in the standard ticket.
Contributor Day
Please note that you will need to do a separate free registration for contributor day, access which will be released later. Contributor Day tickets are released on a first come first serve basis.
Come and help us make WordPress better during Contributor Day on the first day of the conference on 17 February! You can volunteer with the different teams that make up WordPress, such as core, translation, theme review, accessibility, etc.
It doesn’t matter if you’re an experienced or a first-time WordPress contributor, everyone is welcome! There will be other volunteers to help throughout the day to ensure you get the most out of the experience.
After-party
After a long weekend of learning, come and join the after-party to kick back and relax a little bit, grab some food, get to know new people, and catch up with friends!
Few things to note
- Each ticket is valid for ONE admission only. If you are bringing a guest, they’ll need their own ticket.
