With WordCamp Asia around the corner, we’re looking forward to welcoming you! Here’s some important information to help you prepare for the event.
Let’s start with Contributor Day (March 7, Thursday)
The event kicks off with Contributor Day on March 7th. Please note that attending this day requires separate registration, distinct from your general event ticket. If you’ve registered for Contributor Day, please arrive by 9 am for check-in. New contributors, don’t worry! We’ll start you off with a dedicated orientation process and you’d be supported by seasoned contributors throughout the day.

Conference Days (March 8, Friday – March 9, Saturday)
The conference, spanning two days, begins with registration at 8 am. We have thoughtfully organized sessions into four distinct tracks to cater to a variety of interests and topics. For a detailed view, we invite you to visit the schedule page.
Session Details
- Lightning (15 minutes);
- Standard (45 minutes); and
- Workshops (45 minutes or more)
Beyond the sessions, we encourage you to fully immerse yourself in the conference days by exploring the sponsor booths located on the 1st and 2nd floors (Moon Bear Hall & Sun Moon Hall), Community Corner and participating in the various activities around the venue. Each element of the event is designed to offer unique perspectives, valuable knowledge, and engaging experiences.
Lunch will be served in the banquet hall located on the 3rd floor from 11am to 2pm with different meal preferences. Please follow the diet preference when you register the tickets.
Event Check-In Email
You’ll receive a separate email from wordcamp@wpasia.org on March 6, 2024 containing your Event Check-In QR code.
On the event days:
- Visit the Registration Desk.
- Self-scan your Event Check-In QR code to collect your name badge.
Don’t miss out on the fun! After Party and Side Events
Don’t miss our official after party – Spring!, happening at MAJI MAJI on March 9, from 7pm to midnight. Get a glimpse of the vibe and dress code on the After Party page. Additionally, look out for side events hosted by sponsors and attendees for extra fun!
Livestream, Wifi, and Charging Stations
We will be live streaming on WordPress.org’s YouTube channel, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn profiles. We also provide live captions in 50+ languages for our attendees. All presentation recordings will be published to WordPress.tv after the event.
Device charging stations will be available around TICC in designated areas, and the WiFI info is as follows:

Accessibility & Inclusivity
The venue is equipped with 8 elevators and necessary ramps to ensure ease of movement for all attendees.
For those needing a moment of quiet or a space to rest with family, we have designated a quiet room and a family room on the 2nd floor. Additionally, the venue includes a lactation room and a prayer room to cater to diverse needs. For further details, please refer to our accessibility page. If you are bringing your children who are under 12, please contact us for free tickets for children.
We are providing captions for all talks in over 50 languages. Simply scan the QRcode and access the captioning service on-site. Additionally, our Community Corner is a hub of engagement and support. It features the HelpHub for assistance with WordPress issues, the Get Involved Table to introduce you to the WordPress community, and a Job Board, offering a platform for job opportunities and networking.
