We know that traveling abroad and dealing with visa applications can be challenging. When it comes to attending WordCamp Asia 2024 in Taiwan, the visa process can vary for people from different countries.
We have gathered information on 3 types of visa options for you.
- Visa-Exempt Entry: For 65 countries, Taiwan offers Visa-Exempt Entry, allowing short stays without a prior visa.
- ROC Travel Authorization: If you’re from Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, or Vietnam, you can apply online for an ROC Travel Authorization Certificate.
- Special eVisa: If you’re not eligible for the 2 options mentioned above, we’re working on eVisa assistance for all other countries, offering a 30-day validity.
Please note that, before traveling to Taiwan, ensure that your passport remains valid for at least six months.
