Mental illness is something that majority of us tend to ignore & shy out from talking about it. With growing competition, fast-paced life & constant changes one is easily vulnerable to it. Being in tech makes you more vulnerable to mental illness where mental stress if more & physical activity is less.
The talk will shed light on different forms of mental illness/conditions one might find dragged into unknowingly. How to identify such symptoms & how to get out it.
At the end of 2017 found my self-dragged into the hell of mental illness. The talk will include my own story & struggle how I felt throughout and how I managed to fight the invisible monster and how i am trying to keep it away.
