Regan Khadgi, a WordPress enthusiast from Kathmandu, Nepal, has been contributing to the WordPress ecosystem since 2011. He started as a coder and speaker, eventually co-organizing WordCamp Kathmandu in 2019. Having played key roles in the Speakers, Program, and Volunteers teams for WordCamp Asia, Regan is now a core organizer for WordCamp Asia 2025. His focus is on selecting and managing volunteers to ensure the event’s smooth execution. Outside of WordPress, he is a dedicated father and a fitness enthusiast, hitting the gym six days a week. Regan is passionate about creating impactful events that foster community growth and encourages others to get involved for the invaluable experience it offers.

With a background in architecture and a passion for design and technology, Vachan has been an active member of the WordPress community since 2013. For WordCamp Asia 2025, he is leading the newly formed Technology team, responsible for the event’s website and technological innovations. Having contributed to multiple WordCamps, including roles in design and registration, Vachan is excited to experiment with new ideas to make the event even more exclusive and impactful. When not immersed in WordPress, he’s working on his woodworking studio, blending creativity with hands-on craftsmanship.
