Alina Kakshapati, with over 12 years of experience in the IT sector, started her WordPress journey in 2011 as a designer and later moved into development and project management. A full-time mom and an active community contributor, Alina has been involved with WordCamp since 2012, speaking and organizing events, including WordCamp Asia 2024. As a member of the communications team for WordCamp Asia 2025, she manages social media, announcements, and blog content. Alina is excited to collaborate with the community and create a fun, successful event. Outside of WordPress, she enjoys shopping and traveling, always seeking new adventures.

WordPress Developer and First-Time WordCamp Asia Organizer

Chetan Prajapati, a WordPress developer from Ahmedabad, India, has spent the past 10 years working with WordPress, specializing in website development, theme customization, and plugin development. He has been a co-organizer for the WordPress Ahmedabad Community since 2016 and has contributed to major WordPress releases, including 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3. As part of the Training Team for WordCamp Asia 2025, Chetan is working on website development and technical automation tools. After volunteering at previous WordCamps, he is excited to contribute to WordCamp Asia 2025, eager to learn from global organizers and contribute to a grand, successful event. Outside of WordPress, Chetan enjoys traveling, bike riding, and photography.

As the Communication Team Lead for WordCamp Asia 2025, she focuses on media partnerships, creating engaging content, and ensuring effective messaging to connect with the global WordPress community. Vanita’s journey in WordPress began with her contributions in translation and evolved into organizing local and international WordCamps, including WordCamp Asia 2024. Outside of WordPress, she enjoys swimming to relax and spending time with her cats.

From developing his first plugin in 2016 to becoming an organizer for WordCamp Ahmedabad and WordCamp Asia, Jagir has played an active role in fostering growth and collaboration. As a part of the Contributor Day team for WordCamp Asia 2025, he is focused on welcoming new contributors and encouraging participation in the open-source ecosystem. For Jagir, WordCamp is not just about events—it’s about improving the community, sharing knowledge, and continuing to grow WordPress across Asia.
