Before joining WordPress, she held senior leadership roles at well-known global companies, including TikTok, eBay, Walmart, Assurant, and TruRating.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In October 2024, WordPress announced her appointment as Executive Director, recognising her leadership background and her ability to guide large-scale platforms with clarity and purpose. Today, she plays a key role in shaping the future of WordPress, with a strong focus on keeping open source sustainable and community-led.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Session Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This session will spotlight practical perspectives on community building and leadership within the WordPress ecosystem.
