With over 20 years of industry experience, she is known for her strength in product development, program management, and building efficient, people friendly systems. Before joining WordPress, she held senior leadership roles at well known global companies, including TikTok, eBay, Walmart, Assurant, and TruRating.
In October 2024, WordPress announced her appointment as Executive Director, recognising her leadership background and her ability to guide large scale platforms with clarity and purpose. Today, she plays a key role in shaping the future of WordPress, with a strong focus on keeping open source sustainable and community led.
