Free Shuttle Service for Attendees
We are pleased to offer free shuttle transportation for all registered attendees throughout the event.
Note: A valid event badge or proof of ticket is required for entrance on the shuttle.
Note: For the BKC Metro Shuttle, please note the shuttle may not be able to stop and wait in one location so please be on the lookout for this shuttle and wave it down if you need a ride!
Shuttle Timings
Our shuttle service will operate on all event days:
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Shuttle Routes
Shuttles will run continuously on the following routes:
- Jio Gate 18 ↔ Metro Station (exact stops to be confirmed)
- Jio Gate 18 ↔ Sofitel Main Porch ↔ Trident Main Porch
These routes are designed to connect key accommodation areas and public transport points directly to the venue.
- Shuttles operate on a loop system
- Every 20 minutes at each stop
This ensures minimal waiting time and reliable transport throughout the day.
How to Identify the Shuttle
Look for the purple WordCamp Asia sign displayed in the shuttle window to make sure you’re boarding the correct vehicle.
- Keep your badge or ticket ready before boarding
- Plan your travel during peak hours to avoid crowding
- Allow a small buffer time if you’re heading to a session
