My WordPress Journey
My WordPress journey began over six years ago when I built my blog Digital Pritam to share tutorials on website building and digital skills. Over time, I realized WordPress could be a bridge between technology and rural communities, leading me to start Amhi Kastkar, a Marathi-language digital media platform empowering farmers through digital awareness, now with 379K+ subscribers.
Within the WordPress ecosystem, I’ve contributed to Core, Polyglots, Photos, WP-CLI, Hosting, and WordPress.tv, serving as a Translation Editor, Speaker, Volunteer, and Community Mentor. I’ve also developed a plugin, SmartUsername – Secure Admin Login Renamer & Username Editor Tool.
Every contribution, big or small, has shown me that WordPress isn’t just software; it’s a movement powered by collaboration, kindness, and shared purpose.
