WordCamp Asia 2026 Official Hotels Booking

We have secured room blocks at two hotels within walking distance to the Jio World Convention Centre. Rooms fill up quickly, so we suggest booking as soon as possible.

The deadline for booking is Friday, February 20, 2026.

• You may confirm your stay by clicking the link corresponding to your chosen room rate, choosing single or double occupancy. Your confirmation number will be provided for you shortly after your booking.
• The rates for both hotels are per night, with peak nights being April 8-12. We don’t have the same capacities for earlier or later days.
• If you are booking for multiple nights, please ensure to increase the quantity on the stripe link to the correct number of nights
  
• Check-in is from 1500hrs – 1700hrs (3:00pm-5:00pm IST).
• Check-out is at 1200hr (12:00pm IST).
• All rooms include breakfast.
