When and where will WordCamp Asia 2026 be held?

WordCamp Asia 2026 will be held at the Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC) in Mumbai, India, from April 09-11, 2026.

What is the schedule for the three days?

Passes and Registration:

How do I register for WordCamp Asia 2026?

You can register for WordCamp Asia 2026 by purchasing an event pass by visiting the Event Passes page.

What is the cost of a regular pass?

A regular pass costs ₹2500 (INR).

Where can I find details about different pass categories?

For detailed pass-type inclusions, please refer to the ‘Event pass’ page on the website.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major debit/credit cards and UPI payments are accepted.

How can I correct errors in my registration details?

You can edit your details using the link in your Event Pass confirmation email.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. Please check your spam folder or contact asia@wordcamp.org  if you don’t receive it.

What is included with a pass?

Full access to the 3-day conference, meals, official swag, after-party entry, and the option to RSVP for the Contributor Day. Click here to know everything you get in a Standard Pass.

Are passes valid for all three days, or can I get day-specific passes?

All passes are valid for the full three-day conference; day-specific or visitor-only passes are not available. However, you’ll need to separately register for the Contributor Day.

Are passes transferable?

Yes, passes are transferable. You can edit the attendee details using the link in your Event Pass confirmation email.

Event Details:

What is the recommended dress code?

There is no dress code at the event. But we hope you wear casual and comfortable clothes. Also, maybe bring a jacket or sweater as sometimes the air conditioning can get a bit cold over the day.

When and where can I collect my badge?

You can collect your badge from April 9-11, 2026, starting at 8 AM IST at the Jio World Centre, Mumbai. A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory. Printed badges will be available at the registration desk.

Will there be virtual attendance options?

WordCamp Asia 2026 is currently planned as an in-person event only. However, the Conference Day sessions will be livestreamed via the official WordPress YouTube channel

Contributor Day:

Is a separate pass required for Contributor Day?

No separate pass is required. However, an RSVP is mandatory. You can register through the Contributor Day page.

What should I bring to Contributor Day?

Is prior experience required for Contributor Day?

No prior experience is needed; guidance will be provided.

Dining and Dietary Preferences:

What meals are included?

Lunch, snacks, and coffee are included.

Are dietary preferences accommodated?

Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Jain, Vegan, Halal, and Kosher preferences are accommodated.

When and where will the after-party be held?

The after-party will happen after the conference is over on April 11, 2026. Venue, time, and more details will be shared closer to the event dates.

What are the visa requirements for travelling to India?

The venue offers wheelchair access and accessible restrooms.

Is parking available at the venue?

Paid parking facilities are available at the Jio World Centre on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend using public transport.

Is there a luggage counter at the venue?

To enhance security and comfort, attendees are advised to avoid bringing bags.

What should I do if I lose something at the event?

A lost and found service will be available; approach the helpdesk for assistance.

What should I do if I lose my badge?

Visit the help desk/registration desk with your Event Pass email confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID.
