We are looking for visual storytellers with a sharp eye, quick reflexes, and the ability to capture energy as it unfolds. If you can spot the magic before it happens and frame it perfectly, this is your zone. You will work fast, stay discreet, and turn real moments into lasting stories.
What you’ll cover
You will photograph five core areas across the event:
• The session halls
• The sponsor area
• The main lobby
Every smile, discussion, reaction, and keynote moment counts. Miss nothing.
Your photography toolkit
To deliver professional results in a fast-paced environment, come prepared.
- Camera(s): A high-end DSLR or mirrorless body with excellent low-light performance. Pro Tip: Bring a backup body.
- Lenses: A standard zoom (e.g., 24-70mm), or a fast prime (f/1.4 or f/1.8) for those low-light portraits, or a telephoto (e.g., 70-200mm) for capturing subjects from a distance.
- Power & Storage: High-capacity memory cards, backup storage, enough spare batteries and chargers to power you through an 8-hour Mumbai day.
- Lighting & Stability: External flash units for indoor control and a sturdy tripod for those long-exposure crowd shots.
