If you\u2019ve purchased a ticket for WordCamp Asia 2025 but can no longer attend, we kindly ask you to consider canceling your ticket or requesting a refund. This thoughtful action opens up the opportunity for someone on the waiting list to join the event. By doing so, you\u2019re contributing to the WordPress community and helping others engage in this exciting event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Refund Your Ticket<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please ensure you are logged into your WordPress<\/a>.<\/a>org<\/a> account before proceeding with any refund requests.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

To refund your ticket, please follow these four steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Click the link in the email<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Request a refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Confirm and complete<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 1: Check your inbox<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Check your email inbox for the subject line \u2018Your Ticket to WordCamp Asia 2025 | Manila\u2019<\/strong> to find your ticket confirmation email. If you can’t find it, please contact us<\/a>, and we’ll resend it to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Click the link in the email<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    To request a refund for your ticket, please use the ticket edit access link provided in your WordCamp Asia 2025 confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3: Request a Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Please click the “Request a refund<\/strong>” link on your ticket page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4: Confirm and Complete<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    After clicking the request refund link, you’ll be directed to the refund request form. Including a reason for the refund is optional, but you must check the \u201cI agree to the above terms\u201d box and click the \u201cSend Request<\/strong>\u201d button to complete the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you’re unable to request a refund, please contact us<\/a>, and we will handle it for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Please be aware that processing your refund may take a few days. When requesting a refund, all tickets purchased together will be canceled. Partial refunds or transferring refunds to a different account are not available. Please agree to these terms to proceed with the refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If you decide to cancel your ticket, it will no longer be transferable or redeemable, as it will be added back to the pool of available tickets for others to purchase. Consider your ability to attend the event carefully before making any changes to your ticket, as transfers and cancellations may not be possible afterward.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • For those selected as a speaker, volunteer, media partner, or AV Crew who have redeemed their ticket for a specific purpose, please note that these tickets can only be canceled.
