To attend the Contributor Day, you first need to purchase a WordCamp Asia 2025 event ticket, then proceed to make a separate registration for the Contributor Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have not yet purchased a ticket, either the Regular Ticket<\/strong> or the Micro Sponsor<\/strong>, you can do so from the Tickets <\/strong><\/a>page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Contributor Day registration form, there is a field called \u201cAttendee ID\u201d<\/strong>, which you need to find out and fill in. This is a few-digits ID number auto-generated when the event ticket is bought. There are two ways to find out your ID and submit the registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Use the prefilled link we emailed you<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If you have purchased your ticket, you should have received an email from us titled \u201cContributor Day registration is now open!\u201d or  \u201cReminder: Contributor Day registration is now open!\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this email, you can find a link to the registration form already pre-filled with your attendee ID<\/strong>. If the pre-fill somehow does not work, we have also written in your attendee ID in the email text, so copy and paste it instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Find out your attendee ID yourself<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If you cannot find the above subject email in your inbox, you can find your attendee ID with below instruction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to find you Attendee ID and submit the form<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Search in you inbox for a email titled \u201cYour Ticket to WordCamp Asia 2025 | Manila\u201d. This should have been sent to you when you bought the ticket. If your ticket was transferred from someone else, you should also have received a similar email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Below the text \u201cNeed to update your ticket information? \u2026\u201d, there is a link to edit your information. Click this.

  3. You should get redirected to WordCamp Asia 2025 site, showing your ticket information. Click the text \u201cEdit information\u201d.

  4. Then, you will get redirected to your Attendee Information edit screen. You can retrieve your attendee ID on this screen. In the url, there should be a text that says \u201ctix_attendee_id=xxxx\u201d, and that number is your Attendee ID.

    Copy this ID number somewhere. Then paste into the Attendee ID field of the Contributor Day Registration Form<\/strong><\/a> or click the button below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
