Dan Tabifranca is the Marketing Director at Blue Liquid Designs and a passionate WordPress professional based in Pasig City, Philippines. Since 2019, he has been deeply involved in the WordPress community, whether it’s organizing, speaking, or attending meetups and WordCamps. Before entering the tech world, Dan worked as a Chef, where his creativity sparked a love for innovation that he now applies to his work and community contributions. Outside of WordPress, he enjoys reading, photography, video games, and socializing over a good glass of whiskey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Attendee to Organizer: A New Chapter at WordCamp Asia 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This year marks Dan’s first time organizing a WordCamp, and he’s taking on a major role at WordCamp Asia 2025 as the Team Lead for the Attendee Experience (AX) Team. His team is responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for attendees, including food, accessibility, and exciting side events. A key part of their plan is curating a unique all-Filipino menu that will bring local flavors to the event, along with organizing an unforgettable After Party to ensure everyone has a blast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Dan, WordCamp is all about learning, networking, and having fun with the community. He\u2019s excited to see diverse voices and experiences come together in Manila, and he can’t wait to be part of this vibrant celebration. Dan believes that WordCamps offer incredible opportunities to develop new skills, collaborate with people from around the world, and make lasting friendships.
