Design and Technology at the Core<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Vachan Kudmule, based in Mumbai, India, has always been driven by a unique blend of design and technology. With a background in architecture and a passion for digital solutions, Vachan has been running his own digital agency since 2002. He has been involved with WordPress since 2006 and became an active member of the WordPress community in 2013, coinciding with its 10th anniversary. Over the years, he has worked on several WordCamps in India, contributing to the event\u2019s registration systems and, more recently, helping shape the digital experience at WordCamp Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Journey of Growth and Innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, Vachan was part of the design team for WordCamp Asia, and he soon transitioned to the AX team, bringing his expertise in registrations to the event. His role evolved in 2024 when he joined the newly formed Operations team, and in 2025, he stepped up as the lead for the newly created Technology team. His team is responsible for the event\u2019s website and technological tools, as well as exploring ways to make WordCamp Asia even more exclusive and innovative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experimentation, Learning, and Creativity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For Vachan, working on WordCamp Asia 2025 is a great opportunity to experiment with new ideas, revamp the event website, and create a memorable experience for WordPress enthusiasts. He values working with a diverse, passionate group and sees it as a chance to learn and grow.
