If you’ve purchased a WordCamp Asia 2025 ticket but can no longer attend, you can easily transfer it to someone else by following these steps:

When using social media to find someone to transfer your ticket to, please use the hashtag #WCAsiaTickets.
How to transfer your ticket?
Step 1:
Locate your ticket confirmation email with the subject line ‘Your Ticket to WordCamp Asia 2025’. You should find it in your mailbox. Click on the link to update your ticket information provided in the email.
Step 2:
Click ‘Edit Information’ to update and save the new attendee’s details.
Step 3:
Verify the transfer by checking the updated details on the attendee list.
Important Notice
Please note that all ticket transfers must be completed at least 48 hours before the event on February 20, 2025. Any transfers requested after this deadline may not be processed in time, and the original ticket holder will remain registered.
