This premier three-day event will feature a variety of engaging workshops, insightful talks, and networking opportunities. Connect with fellow enthusiasts in the culturally rich and vibrant city of Manila, Philippines.
Your ticket grants you full access to the conference from February 21-22, including lunch, snacks, coffee, and an invitation to the official WordCamp Asia 2025 After Party. Additionally, owning a ticket grants you the opportunity to join the Contributor Day (separate registration required).
Ticket Types
There are two types of tickets available.
Regular Ticket
We are dedicated to making WordCamp Asia accessible to all. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, we are able to offer significantly discounted Regular Tickets, making it possible for more individuals to attend who might not otherwise have the opportunity.
The Regular Ticket is priced at 1,800 PHP (approximately 30 USD) and includes:
- Full Access to the 2-Day Conference
- Lunch is provided for both days
- Morning and afternoon refreshments, including snacks and coffee
- Access to the After Party
- Official WordCamp Asia 2025 Swags
- Chance to register for Contributor Day (Separate Registration is required, and we will reach out to you by email)
Micro Sponsor Ticket
WordCamp Asia is a community-organized event managed by hundreds of dedicated organizers and volunteers who generously donate their time. If you’d like to show more support for the event, please consider purchasing a ticket at its actual cost.
Your contribution is a meaningful way to give back to the WordPress community, and help us create an exceptional experience for you and all attendees. The micro sponsors cover the true cost of attending WordCamp Asia.
The Micro Sponsor Ticket is priced at 18,000 PHP (approximately 300 USD) and includes:
- Everything in the Regular Ticket
- Special swag
- Our sincere thanks and love
Important Notes:
- Each ticket grants admission for ONE person only. Additional guests must have their own tickets.
- Tickets are refundable before January 20, 2025. The WordCamp Asia team will provide more details soon.
- Purchases are processed via Stripe and will appear on your credit card statement from WordCamp Central. You’ll also receive an email confirmation from both WordCamp and Stripe after your purchase. For any issues related to your ticket purchase, please reach out to the organizers directly – responding to the receipt email might not reach us promptly.
- If you have chosen to be listed on the Attendees page, the following information will be included on the page: “Name on the event badge, Company Name, X [Twitter] Handle, Website, and profile picture from Gravatar.com,” whichever information is available.
- Tickets for children under 12 are free. Please contact the organizers to request children’s tickets.
- We prioritize ensuring that everyone attending WordCamp Asia is treated equally, with respect, and in a safe environment. By attending, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct.
Meal preferences
We are dedicated to providing delicious and inclusive meal options for all attendees. Understanding and accommodating your dietary needs is a priority for us, ensuring you have a worry-free and enjoyable dining experience during the conference. Please choose your preferred meal option in the “Meal Preferences” section of your registration form. We want to make sure that we provide suitable meal options for you. We may reach out to learn more about your dietary preferences.
