Chiaki is a Japanese digital marketer and sometimes a developer who works with WordPress sites. She specialises in multilingual site development, helping clients navigate the complexities of international expansion and ensuring their websites are well-received by diverse audiences in different markets.

Since 2008, Chiaki has been based in Hong Kong. She is responsible for domestic and international marketing at Vektor, Inc., a Japanese company that develops WordPress themes and plugins.

Chiaki has organised WordCamp Hong Kong 2019 & Asia 2023 and has spoken at WordCamp Tokyo 2019, Japan 2021, Malaysia 2023, and WordCamp Asia Taipei 2024. She is also the designer of the Tuk-tuk Wapuu and Chao Phraya Boat Wapuu for WordCamp Asia Bangkok. Dim Sum lover.
