Julian Song is the Principal Digital Architect and Director of Ulement Sdn Bhd, based in Penang, Malaysia. As a Neurodivergent System Thinker, he applies unique pattern recognition to architect secure, high-scale digital infrastructure for Malaysia’s federal government, enterprise ecosystems, and critical national assets.

Beyond his technical leadership, Julian is a driving force in the global open-source community, serving as a Global Event Supporter for the WordPress Community Team and a core organizer for WordCamp Malaysia (2019, 2023) and WordCamp Asia (2023–2025).
