Important Guidelines for Organizing Side Events:

  • Accountability: The organizer is solely responsible for the event, including its content, logistics, and adherence to the code of conduct (the Contributor Covenant is a wonderful place to start!).
  • No Conflict with Official Schedule: Side events should not overlap with official WordCamp Asia 2025 schedule:
    • February 20 / Day 1
      • Contributor Day (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
    • February 21 / Day 2
      • Conference Day 1 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
    • February 22 / Day 3
      • Conference Day 2 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
      • After Party (7:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

How to Submit Your Side Event:

  • Plan Your Event: Establish the location, date, time, and any registration requirements you may need.
  • Complete the Registration Form: Fill out the form below, providing all the necessary information about your event.
  • Await Review: Your submission will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the outcome.

The organizer reserves the right to determine availability and signup; please review the instructions to confirm your presence or sign up.

Instead of promoting your goods or services, please think about sponsoring WordCamp Asia.

Please be aware that those who plan or participate in Side Events assume full accountability.

As soon as Side Events make it through our review procedure, they will be listed. Please be aware that events that are scheduled during WordCamp Asia 2025 will not be mentioned.
