Designated parking spaces, clear signage, and accessible seating arrangements in event spaces further enhance comfort and convenience. To ensure accessibility, MR1 stages will feature ramps, and we’ll collaborate with venue staff to provide wide aisles throughout the event for motorized devices and wheelchair users. Priority seating will also be available.

Additionally, WordCamp Asia offers Wordly captioning services, enabling real-time captions in 63 languages on your mobile phone or laptop, complementing those displayed on stage.

Meals and Special Dietary Concerns

We understand the importance of accommodating diverse dietary needs. We will provide a variety of meal options to cater to allergies, vegetarian, vegan, Kosher, and Halal dietary preferences. Food will be served buffet-style, with clearly labeled stations to ensure everyone can find options that suit their registered preferences.

Quiet Spaces

We understand that large events can sometimes be overwhelming, so we have designated Quiet Spaces for attendees needing sensory breaks. These peaceful areas are available for anyone seeking a calm environment to recharge away from the event’s activity. The Quiet spaces will be as follows:

  • Garden Balcony: Located on the ground floor, this outdoor space offers a tranquil setting with lush greenery and seating areas.
  • The Hallway outside the Banquet Halls: Just outside of the room where the Youth Camp will take place, is a quiet area from the bustling event spaces and offers comfortable seating for attendees to recharge.

These quiet spaces will be clearly marked with signage to guide attendees.

Family Rooms (Room D306)

There will be a comfortable family room on the second floor for families attending the event. This space offers a relaxing environment for parents and children to unwind, play, and recharge.

Lactation Room

A comfortable and private Lactation Room is available on the Ground Floor, Delegation Building for nursing mothers who need to breastfeed or pump. This room provides a peaceful environment for mothers to care for their infants.

Prayer Room (Male / Female)

To accommodate diverse religious needs, a dedicated prayer room will be on the ground floor of the PICC. This serene space will offer a quiet and respectful environment for attendees to engage in prayer and reflection.

Rest Rooms

  • Accessible Restrooms: All restrooms are designed with accessibility in mind, offering sufficient maneuvering space for individuals using mobility aids.
  • Equipped with Grab Bars: Each restroom designated for persons with disabilities (PWD) is fully equipped with grab bars to ensure ease of use and added safety.
  • Gender-Neutral Restrooms: We recognize the importance of inclusivity, and therefore, gender-neutral restrooms will be available to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
  • Clear Signage: Clear, highly visible signage will be placed throughout the venue to guide attendees to the nearest restrooms, including accessible and gender-neutral options.

Medical Clinic

A medical clinic is conveniently located on the ground floor and is equipped to handle a range of medical needs during the event. It is staffed by qualified medical professionals and can handle any medical emergencies or concerns.

In addition to the medical clinic, a dedicated team of medics will be on standby throughout the event to respond to any emergency situations.

Knowing that medical assistance is readily available can alleviate worries and allow you to enjoy the event fully.

Charging Station

To ensure your devices stay powered throughout the event, there will be a charging station on the ground floor of the PICC. This convenient station allows you to keep your phones, laptops, and other devices charged so you can stay connected and productive.
