The conference will be held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Manila, Philippines, from February 20-22, 2025.

How do I register for WordCamp Asia 2025?

Tickets are being released in batches. Visit the Tickets Page to secure your spot.

How much do tickets cost?

Are tickets refundable?

Yes, until January 20, 2025. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

What does my ticket include?

Full access to the conference, meals, official swag, after-party entry, and the option to RSVP for Contributor Day.

Do I need a separate ticket for Contributor Day?

No, but an RSVP is required. Ticket holders will receive an email to register.

What should I bring?

A laptop and your enthusiasm!

Do I need prior experience to contribute?

No experience is required. Guidance will be provided to help you choose a team and contribute meaningfully.

How do I get to the venue?

The PICC is accessible via public and private transportation. Read more on our Venue and Location Page.

Do I need a visa to enter the Philippines?

Check with the Philippine embassy or consulate in your country for visa requirements.

Are meals provided?

Yes — lunch, snacks, and coffee are included. We accommodate Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal, and Kosher preferences.

Will there be an after-party?

Yes, on February 22, 2025, from 7:00 PM to midnight at The Forum, PICC.

Where can I find the event schedule?

The schedule will be available closer to the event date on the official website.

Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Yes, the PICC is fully accessible.
