After the flagship WordCamp Asia was held in Bangkok in February this year, planning is well underway for our return in 2024\u2014this time in the beautiful city of Taipei, Taiwan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From March 7-9 2024, over 2000 audiences, volunteers, sponsors and speakers will come together at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC)<\/a>, one of most visible landmarks in a city that blends rich cultural tradition with a modern landscape. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

WordCamp Asia is a celebration of WordPress, and a celebration of Asia. It\u2019s an opportunity for people to come together from all corners of the region\u2014and the world!\u2014to connect, create and get inspired for the future of WordPress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are a lot of ways that you can get involved\u2014from attending to speaking, sponsoring to volunteering. To help you navigate these opportunities, we\u2019re breaking down all the different ways you can join us for WordCamp Asia 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, we welcomed over 40 sponsors<\/a> to the WordCamp Asia family\u2014an opportunity for these businesses to connect directly with new and existing customers and partners in the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, we welcomed over 50 speakers<\/a> to the agenda, from CEO\u2019s and cofounders to tattoo artists and typography specialists! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Calls for speakers to WordCamp Asia 2024 are now open, and is your opportunity to take to the stage and speak about all things WordPress.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our volunteer community is what makes WordCamp Asia possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, we had over 80 volunteers in roles including registration, speaker and sponsor support, media and communications, production and venue management. Becoming a volunteer is a great way to not only experience WordCamp Asia, but make new friends in the process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, if you just want to soak up everything on offer at WordCamp Asia, then you can buy a ticket and immerse yourself in three days of talks, workshops, and networking events. In 2023, more than 1650 people from over 70 countries joined us at WordCamp Asia in Bangkok, and we\u2019re going even bigger in 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
