Refunds are only possible before 6 February 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have purchased a WordCamp Asia 2024 ticket but are unable to attend the event, we encourage you to either cancel your ticket or request a refund. This helps make tickets available to others on the waiting list and allows them to attend WordCamp Asia 2024. Cancelling your ticket and requesting a refund is an easy way to support your fellow members of the WordPress community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Refund Your Ticket<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To refund your ticket, there are four steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check your inbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the link in the email<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Request a Refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Confirm and Complete<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 1: Check your inbox<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    First, search your email inbox for the subject line ‘Your Ticket to WordCamp Asia 2024’ to find your ticket confirmation email. If you can\u2019t locate your ticket confirmation email, please contact us<\/a>, and we\u2019ll resend it to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Click on the link in the email<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    To get a refund for your purchased ticket, visit the ticket edit access link in your WordCamp Asia 2024 ticket confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3: Request a Refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Click the \u201crequest a refund\u201d link on your ticket page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4: Confirm and Complete<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    After clicking on the request refund link, you will be taken to the refund request form. While it is optional to include a reason for the refund, you must check the \u201cI agree to the above terms\u201d checkbox and click the \u201cSend Request\u201d button to complete the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you’re unable to request a refund, please contact us<\/a>, and we will process it manually for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please note that it may take a few days for your refund to be processed. When requesting a refund, please be aware that all tickets purchased together will be canceled. We are unable to provide partial refunds or transfer refunds to a different account. Kindly agree to these terms if you wish to proceed with the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you choose to cancel your ticket, it will no longer be transferable or redeemable as it will be added to the pool of available tickets that can be repurchased by others. Please carefully consider whether or not you will be able to attend the event before making any changes to your ticket, as transfers and cancellations may not be possible after the fact.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you have been selected as a speaker, volunteer, or AV Crew and have already redeemed your ticket for a specific purpose, please note that these tickets can only be cancelled.
