With growing competition, fast-paced life &amp; constant changes one is easily vulnerable to it. Being in tech makes you more vulnerable to mental illness where mental stress if more &amp; physical activity is less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The talk will shed light on different forms of mental illness\/conditions one might find dragged into unknowingly. How to identify such symptoms &amp; how to get out it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of 2017 found my self-dragged into the hell of mental illness.
